  This homeowner cant READ the meter due to the fact that the sight glass is all scratched up.. I told the service reader verbally and gave them a written letter REPLACE METER. It basically had the language above written in it.. They told me call CCU office.. I said NO, you have been given NOTICE.. FIX IT.. That was months ago.. CCU SUX!!!! Huge beautiful offce campus with all new beautiful trucks. CCU is a con artist and is ripping the people off. Water is a basic necessity and a resource that belongs to all on planet earth. Charges should be $5.00 a month!

  Recently while crews were installing satellite reading nodes a situation arose that required a extensive repair. Jason Dugan & crew arrived in a timely manner and handled the problem. The problem was across the street but the main shut off was on my side, so hence a large piece of equipment had to be used. These men worked till early in the morning and when they had finished I could not believe the next day how they had refinished my property. Short of the grass missing you wouldn't know anything happened. Great job guys.

  I called before they left at 4:45 pm, was put on hold for 10 minutes and then was told I called too late. I asked if my water would be shut off and they said they didn't know. The worst customer service I have ever seen. If you can use someone else, do so. This is a sad joke
