- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★My wife recently passed away and Lehn Law of Port Charlotte, FL prepared an Estate Planning Document including a Will, Power of Attorney,etc. I don't want my children to have any questions of my wishes and the documents prepared by Mr. Lehn takes care of these issues. I am pleased with Mr. Lehn and his staff. They are very professional, listen tp your needs and/or concerns, and able to prepare these documents on a timely basis. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Practicing law without a basic knowledge of the Florida's law. It cost me $19,000.00 because he had no idea about Florida's "Homesteading" law. Couple of weeks ago he called me that "we won" and the money is under way. Today(07/14/17) called me that the person hired an attorney and ready to counter sue us because in Florida you can't put a lien on the house. It took Mr. Lehn 6 years to learn about that law. He never followed up on the case. I had to let him know from Illinois that the person I was suing died and the house (about 5 miles from Mr. Lehn's office) was for sale. Some of my friends from Florida start doing business with Mr. Lehn and are very unsatisfied with his service. I've made a very gig mistake by hiring Mr. Lehn.By Istvan Balog, March 19, 2017
