- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Love using this bank however, I used my card to do an online purchase which was trying to be transfered to China, its was declined (thankful for the security) however I recieved a text saying a possible fraud was trying to use my card. Tried calling the 24 hour hotline because it is almost 1am, got through to nobody (not greatful for the servce). When 24 hour service mentioned, we should expect 24 hour service otherwise do not mention it. Now I am scared I wont be able to use my card all day tomorrow due to deactivation.By Christian Hoffman, June 05, 2017
